1tsLemon juice
1dsCayenne pepper
1/4tsSalt
1/2lbSea Legs Crabmeat Blend
3/4cThawed frozen peas
1/2cThinly sliced celery
1/4cChopped green onions
1/3cDry roasted peanuts or
  Cashews
1 1/2cShredded red cabbage
  Mandarin oranges

In med bowl combine mayo, curry, lemon juice, cayenne & salt. Toss with crabmeat, peas, celery, green onions & nuts. Cover; refrigerate to blend flavors. Serve on shredded cabbage & garnish with oranges.
